Scope
This policy applies to the personal data we receive when you contact us through any of our channels: the form on this website, telephone, email or WhatsApp.

What data we process
Through any channel we process the data you provide: identification and contact details (name, company, email, telephone or WhatsApp number), the content of your enquiry (type of need, origin, destination, goods or other details you give us) and the date and time of the communication.
In addition, when you submit the contact form we process:
- The date and time of submission.
- The IP address and other technical data strictly necessary for the security of the form and the prevention of abuse, including the form’s anti-abuse check.
- The technical status of the internal notification of your request (whether or not it has been sent to the sales team).
Why we process it
- To handle your request or enquiry, through the same channel or another one you indicate.
- To prepare and, where appropriate, send you a proposal.
- To manage and protect our contact channels against abuse, fraud and automated submissions.
Legal basis
- Taking pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): handling the request and preparing the proposal.
- The legitimate interest of SISTREL GESTIÓN, S.L.U. in managing its contact channels and in protecting its website, systems and contact channels against fraud, abuse and automated submissions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
If your request does not lead to a business relationship, your data are kept for a maximum of 12 months. If a business relationship begins, they are kept for as long as it lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.
Mandatory data
The fields marked as mandatory are necessary for us to handle your request. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to process it properly.
When you contact us through other channels, we may ask for the minimum data needed to handle your enquiry properly or to manage the requested operation.
Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties for their own purposes, unless legally required. To provide our services we use technology providers that may access certain data on behalf of SISTREL GESTIÓN, S.L.U., in the categories needed for hosting, security, storage, email, messaging and telecommunications.
International transfers
Where any of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers will be carried out in accordance with the safeguards provided for in the applicable regulations, including, where appropriate, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Automated decisions
No automated decisions or profiling are carried out.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability by writing to privacidad@sistrelgestion.com and stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) (www.aepd.es).
